COVID-19 Diaries Day 6

Friday. It is day 6 of the Manila Community Quarantine; Day 4 of the Enhanced Community Quarantine for the whole Luzon.

Just early this morning, I couldn’t start working. Medyo balisa ako kasi si Ate Icko ay na-straded dito sa Manila. She was supposed to fly to Dubai yesterday 12PM. Nasa airport na sya ng 1AM Thursday. Pero few hours before their flight, nag announce ang UAE na all valid visa holders are not allowed to enter UAE effective 12PM UAE Time. Darating sila ng around 7PM UAE time… so…

Initially, nahold pa yung check-in nila, waiting for approval daw to fly. Eventually nakareceive sila ng balita na pwede. nagpalakpakan pa daw mga tao. Nakacheckin and board na sila lahat sa plane. But, only 7 were eventually allowed to fly. Names were called. Only Emiratis and in transit passengers were allowed. The rest, pinababa.

Supposedly susunduin sya kagabi, pero hindi inallow ung mga susunod na makapasok ng NCR. So today, tintnry nila na makabalik ng Cavite si Ate Icko given the circumstances na supposedly aalis sya pero nacancel yung flight. So stranded. Hinahatid ni Dom si Ate Icko as of this writing sa border ng NCR and Cavite and sana everything goes well.
